    The U-Haul tntort Run May 8th 2010

Todd is moving out of state around the first part of June. So May 8th there will be a going away run in honor of Todd. This is just a heads up so people can mark their calendars. Even if you haven't had the chance to meet Todd, your still welcome to come along. This is a PNWX and Nissanwheelers.com group run. Location will be finalized once the date gets closer, but most likely someplace in the Ellensburg or Naches area depending on snow and trail closures. We've been able to wheel Naches several times in May in past years, so barring any major snow storms that should be good.
This will be a moderate run, and most will be camping. Front tow hook (factory is fine) required, recovery strap with no metal hooks required, frs or cb required, and basic recovery gear (shovel, gloves, etc) is required. Sliders are suggested, but not required. Use this time to prepare your rig if you've been hibernating like most of us.

Towards the end of April a new post will be made with run details and a sign up list. Feel free to post up any questions or general chat regarding this run in here.

Edjamaction is over rated. Just axe me, I dun real good so far.
Don't worry, wheeling season should be longer then normal this year with the low snow pack. Plenty more runs to follow.

After this past weekends run to Ahtanum, this is also on the list of possible locations. Once it gets a little closer I'll start making some calls to the ranger districts to see whats available. Meeting times/places will be posted the week of the run. You can be sure the location for the run will be between Cle Elum to Yakima.

I have two guys saying they will buy the Heep this week. We'll see what I can come with. It might still have street tires, but I should have something.

Have any plans been made on this? I can make it, the only stipulation is I have to call the wife morning and evening. So I may not be camping... and I may not have a rig yet.

The run is on for sure. The location is pending, but I'm going to start checking with the ranger districsts shortly. Most likely is Ahtanum unless Liberty or Naches have some open terrain.
